Terms:

The Intro Trial provides *Unlimited access to all tanning levels, red light therapy, and sauna, one VersaPro spray tan session, and one WellFit treatment, which includes both the WellHydrate and WellLift services for ten consecutive days beginning on the date of activation.

*Unlimited options maybe used up to once a day in compliance with all applicable Florida tanning regulations. As part of this promotion, clients receive 40% off retail products during the time of their trial period and Free enrollment. 

By enrolling in the livtan 10-day intro trial, you agree to the following terms:

Must be 18+ years of age.

Your 10-day trial begins on the date of sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically enroll into our VIP Classic Membership at $29.95+tax per month or the level chosen during the trial period. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in person or requested via email at billing@livtanco.com and received before 9:00 PM EST on Day 10 of the trial. Requests received after 9:00 PM EST on Day 10 will result in automatic enrollment and will be subject to our standard 31-day cancellation policy. Once enrolled, membership remains active and billable during the 31-day notice period.

Automatic Enrollment & Billing Authorization: By entering your payment information, you authorize LivTan Inc. to securely store your card on file and charge your card as follows: Upon conversion to membership, a prorated charge will be processed. Ongoing membership dues are automatically drafted on the 25th of each month. Draft amounts during the first billing cycle may vary due to proration. By enrolling, you authorize recurring electronic drafts using the payment method provided and agree to maintain a valid payment method on file.

The 10-Day Unlimited Intro Trial carries no cash value and will not be extended, credited, refunded, or discounted based on usage or lack of usage. Participation in the trial does not require use of services; however, failure to use services does not waive automatic enrollment or create eligibility for refunds or credits. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel any service they no longer wish to continue prior to the stated deadline.
